"No reviews or Api Code is Invalid" - what it actually means
Three things cause it:
- The identifier is in the wrong format. Most common by far. Each source expects something different, see the table below.
- The profile genuinely has no reviews we can read yet. For example a brand-new listing, or reviews without text.
- The first import has not finished. Fetching runs in the background, not while you watch the screen.
What to paste, source by source
The field asks for something different depending on the source, and the hint inside the input box tells you which. Getting this wrong is the number one cause of the message.

Allegro, eBay, Reviews.io want the account name, not a link.
✅ my-shop-name❌ https://www.ebay.com/usr/my-shop-name❌ https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/my-shop-nameCopy it from your profile address on that platform: the part identifying the account, without the rest of the URL.
Booksy, Yell want a link to your profile, in full.
✅ https://booksy.com/en-gb/12345_my-salonEtsy, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Google Shopping, Booking, Airbnb, Walmart, AliExpress, Capterra, G2, Sitejabber, Product Hunt, Google Play, Apple App Store, Yellow Pages, OpenTable, Angi, Thumbtack, Zillow, Avvo, Martindale, Vitals, Zomato, RateMDs, Healthgrades, ZocDoc, WebMD want the full profile URL, exactly as it appears in your browser.
✅ https://www.etsy.com/shop/MyShopName✅ https://apps.apple.com/us/app/my-app/id123456789❌ MyShopNameOpen your public profile in a browser, copy the address bar, paste. Do not shorten it and do not use a search-results link.
Trusted Shops is the exception: it asks for your TS-ID together with your Trusted Shops
account email and password. The TS-ID looks like X1234567890ABCDEF1234567890ABCDEF.
Google and Facebook do not use this field at all. You sign in through their own screen and pick a profile from a list. If you see no profiles after signing in, the account you used does not manage that listing.
Still showing after you fixed the format
Wait for the first import to finish. It runs in the background and can take from minutes to a few hours on large profiles, longer for the biggest ones.
Check the profile is public. If it needs a login to view, we cannot read it either.
Check that the reviews have text. Ratings with no written content are skipped for some sources, so a profile of star-only ratings can legitimately import as zero.
Confirm your plan covers this source. Most sources beyond Google and Facebook require a paid plan, and the majority require Ultimate. See pricing.
Check your review limit. Free 100, Plus 1000, Pro 10 000, Ultimate 20 000 reviews in total across all sources. At the limit, new imports stop.
Still stuck? Write to [email protected] with the source name and the exact value you pasted, and we will tell you what the correct form looks like for your profile.
