Facebook imported too few reviews

Fixed in July 2026

Facebook imports used to stop after roughly the first 100 reviews, no matter how many your page actually had. That was a bug on our side, not a limit or a plan restriction. It is fixed. If your account was affected, reconnecting brings in the rest.

How to tell if you were affected

Your Facebook review count in JustReview sits at or near 100, while your Facebook page shows noticeably more. Counts like 133 against 403 on the page, or exactly 100 against several hundred, are the signature.

How to get the missing reviews

1. Open Connectors and go to Facebook.

   

2. Reconnect to the same page.

   Sign in through Facebook and pick the same page you had before.

3. Wait for the import to finish, then check the count in All reviews filtered by Facebook.

Reconnecting does not lose anything

Connecting again to the same page keeps the reviews you already have. They are matched, not duplicated, so you end up with the old ones plus everything that was missing.

Watch your plan limit

If your plan ceiling is close, the recovered reviews may not all fit. Free 100, Plus 1000, Pro 10 000, Ultimate 20 000 in total across all sources. A page with 400 reviews does not fit on Free.

Still short after reconnecting

• Check which page you picked. Businesses often have several pages, including duplicates created by Facebook. Reviews live on one of them.
• Check that Facebook recommendations are enabled on the page. If the page owner turned recommendations off, there is nothing public to read.
• Confirm the account you used manages the page. If you sign in with a personal account that only has limited access, we see fewer profiles and sometimes none.
