JustReview vs EmbedSocial

EmbedSocial is a broad social and reviews platform with genuinely strong review management: replies, AI responses, email invitations, reposting reviews to social. It also counts page views and caps how many sources you may connect. That is where the two products diverge.

Choose JustReview if

  • Your traffic matters. They count a view as every page load that contains the widget, from 500 a month on free. We never count views.
  • You want more than one connected source without moving up a plan. Their sources are capped at 1, 3, 6 and 15; ours are 9 from the Plus plan and every supported source on Ultimate.
  • You want your full review history on the free plan. Their free Google widget shows the latest 5 reviews and full history is marked "coming soon".
  • You want marketplace and booking sources: Allegro, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Booksy, Booking.com, Airbnb.
  • You want white label branding from 9 EUR a month. They do not publish a white label option at all.

Choose EmbedSocial if

  • You want to reply to Google reviews from the same console, with an AI assistant. They ship it, we do not yet.
  • You want the tool to collect new reviews: forms, popovers, buttons and bulk email invitations.
  • You want to repost reviews as Instagram, LinkedIn or Threads content, or across several Google profiles.
  • You want social feeds and reviews in one subscription, with a large template library.

Sources capped, page views counted

EmbedSocial charges for two things we do not limit: how many review sources you connect and how many page views those widgets appear on. Their definition is unambiguous: "A view is a page view. It is counted each time a visitor loads a page that contains your widget." At 500 views a month on the free plan and 5 000 on Pro, a busy homepage is the binding constraint, not your reviews.

How many reviews does the free EmbedSocial widget show?
Five. Their free Google reviews page states: "The free widget shows the latest and most relevant 5 reviews on your profile", and getting the full history free is listed as "coming soon". Our free plan stores up to 100 reviews and shows all of them.
What counts as a view at EmbedSocial?
A page view. Their pricing FAQ says: "A view is a page view. It is counted each time a visitor loads a page that contains your widget." So the meter runs on your traffic, not on your reviews. JustReview does not meter views at all.
Can I connect Google and Facebook on the cheapest plan?
On their side Facebook widgets start on the Pro plan and Trustpilot widgets on Premium, with sources capped at 1, 3, 6 and 15. On ours, Google and Facebook are both in the free plan and nine sources are available from Plus at 9 EUR a month.
Which one should an agency pick?
If the agency needs to reply to reviews and run invitation campaigns for clients, theirs does more. If the agency needs many client sites under one bill, without view meters and with its own branding on the widget, ours is built for that: unlimited domains on every plan and white label from 9 EUR.
