- How do I put my Avvo reviews on my website?
- Connect your Avvo profile in the JustReview dashboard, pick a widget, and paste the generated snippet into your page. It is three lines of HTML and works on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can edit the source. JustReview imports the client reviews from your Avvo profile, with the reviewer name, star rating, text and date.
- Which plan do I need for Avvo?
- Available on the Ultimate plan, which costs 39 EUR a month. Page views, visitors, websites and domains are unlimited on every plan, including the free one, so what you pay for is the number of reviews you store, never traffic.
- How often are the Avvo reviews updated?
- Every 24 hours, on all plans. New reviews appear in your widget within a day of being published on Avvo, without you doing anything.
- Do I have to own the Avvo profile?
- Yes. You provide the address of your own public Avvo profile, so only reviews of your own practice can be imported. JustReview is for showing your own reviews on your own website, not for copying somebody else's.
- Can I hide a single bad review?
- Individual imported reviews can be shown or hidden one by one on the Ultimate plan. Be careful with it: a wall of nothing but five stars reads as fake, and a handful of critical reviews with a decent average usually converts better than a perfect score.
- Are there rules about showing client testimonials on a law firm site?
- Often yes, and they are set by your state bar rather than by us or by Avvo. Several bars require specific wording or disclaimers alongside client testimonials. The widget lets you add your own text around it, but check the rule that applies to you before publishing. This is not legal advice.
