Questions people ask before buying
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes, and it does not expire. The Basic plan is free forever, needs no credit card, and covers up to 100 reviews from Google and Facebook with the Badge widget. Paid plans add more sources, more widgets and a higher review limit.
- Do you charge for page views or traffic?
- No. Page views, visitors, websites and domains are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay only for how many reviews you store, so a traffic spike never changes your bill. This is the main difference between JustReview and widget tools that meter monthly views.
- What happens when I go over my review limit?
- Nothing breaks and no widget goes dark. New reviews simply stop being imported until you upgrade or remove a source. Everything you already collected stays visible.
- Can I use one account for several websites?
- Yes, on every plan. There is no per-domain fee and no limit on how many sites embed your widgets. Displaying several separate business locations, each with its own Google or Facebook profile, is a different thing and needs the Ultimate plan.
- How often are reviews refreshed?
- Every 24 hours, on all plans including the free one.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial and can be cancelled from your account at any moment. Billing is handled by Chargebee, by card or PayPal.
