Do patient names get shown, and is that a privacy problem?

How the Healthgrades import works

Healthgrades carries profiles of doctors and hospitals with patient reviews, and JustReview brings those reviews from your public Healthgrades profile onto your own website: the name as shown by the platform, rating, text and date. You connect it by pasting the profile address, with no login on your end. The connector is available on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month, and the profile is re-read every 24 hours.

Where to put the Healthgrades widget

A patient decides on the booking page and on the individual practitioner page, so those are the two places for the widget. A rating next to the appointment button does more work than the same carousel at the bottom of the homepage. Three lines of HTML. How do I put my Healthgrades reviews on my website?
Connect your Healthgrades profile in the JustReview dashboard, pick a widget, and paste the generated snippet into your page. It is three lines of HTML and works on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can edit the source. JustReview imports the patient reviews from your Healthgrades profile, with the displayed name, star rating, text and date.
Which plan do I need for Healthgrades?

How often are the Healthgrades reviews updated?
Every 24 hours, on all plans. New reviews appear in your widget within a day of being published on Healthgrades, without you doing anything.
Do I have to own the Healthgrades profile?
Yes. You provide the address of your own public Healthgrades profile, so only reviews of your own practice can be imported. JustReview is for showing your own reviews on your own website, not for copying somebody else's.
Can I hide a single bad review?
Individual imported reviews can be shown or hidden one by one on the Ultimate plan. Be careful with it: a wall of nothing but five stars reads as fake, and a handful of critical reviews with a decent average usually converts better than a perfect score.
Are patient testimonials allowed on a medical website?
It depends on where you practise, and the rule comes from your regulator rather than from us. Some countries and professional bodies restrict or forbid patient testimonials in medical advertising. Check the rule that applies to you before publishing. This is not legal advice.
