Yell is connected by giving JustReview the web address of your public Yell business listing, not a login. JustReview reads the reviews published on that listing and imports them into your account. This connector needs the Plus plan, which costs 9 EUR a month. Once it is running, reviews left by callers who found you through Yell's directory appear in your widget alongside reviews from any other source, updated without you copying a single one by hand.
A Yell review is about your own business, published on a listing you can point JustReview to because you run it. Displaying it on your own site is not the same as pulling reviews from a listing you do not control, which is the practice most terms are written to prevent. JustReview only imports from the specific Yell listing you identify, nothing broader. Yell's own terms may still say something about republishing listing content elsewhere, so it is worth a check before you go live with the widget.
Yell is a UK directory and the people reading it tend to call straight after, so the widget belongs on a local services or contact page beside your phone number and the areas you cover.
