Tripadvisor is connected by pointing JustReview at the public page of your Tripadvisor listing, whether that is a restaurant, hotel or attraction, without logging into any account. JustReview reads the reviews published on that listing and pulls them into your account. This connector is on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month. Once it is running, guest reviews written on Tripadvisor appear in your widget on their own, without anyone retyping them from the listing.
A Tripadvisor review is about your own restaurant, hotel or attraction, written on the listing you manage and can point JustReview to. Showing it on your own site is not the same as republishing reviews of a place you have nothing to do with, which is the concern most platform terms address. JustReview only pulls from the single listing you identify as yours, never from listings of competitors or nearby businesses.
