Booking.com is connected by pointing JustReview at the public page of your property, the same page guests see when they book, not by signing in to any account. JustReview reads the guest reviews published there and imports them, keeping Booking.com's own 10-point scale instead of quietly converting it to five stars. This connector needs the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month. Once it is set up, new guest reviews appear in your widget as soon as they are published on your property page.
A Booking.com review is written about your own property, on the page you manage and can point JustReview to directly. That is different from displaying reviews of a property you do not run, which is what most platform terms are trying to stop. JustReview imports only from the one property page you identify, at the scale Booking.com actually uses, so a guest who knows the site is not misled by a converted number that looks unfamiliar.
