New July 2026

New dashboard: total reviews, trend over time and rating breakdown

The dashboard now opens with the numbers you actually care about instead of a wall of connectors.

  • Headline tiles: total reviews, average rating, share of positive reviews and how many arrived in the last 30 days versus the 30 before, each with its own trend line.
  • A chart of new reviews over time, switchable between "by source" and "by sentiment", from 30 days up to 5 years.
  • A breakdown of how many 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 star reviews you have.
  • Connected sources come first, everything you could still add sits behind one button.

Multiple locations in one account

Running several branches, salons or restaurants? One account now covers all of them.

  • Connect up to 5 Google Business locations and 5 Facebook pages to a single account.
  • All of their reviews feed the same widgets and the same overall rating.
  • Each location can be disconnected on its own, without touching the reviews of the others.

Turn On/Off Reviews - from any source

You now decide exactly which reviews appear in your widgets.

  • Turn any single review on or off with one click in the All Reviews tab.
  • Works for every source, including Google, Facebook and Amazon, not only reviews collected by JustReview.
  • Made for spam and auto-generated feedback such as "Order delivered on time".

Your reviews widget no longer costs you accessibility points

Every widget type now passes WCAG 2.1 AA with zero violations, so embedding reviews does not drag down your Lighthouse score or your accessibility compliance.

  • Audited with axe-core across all seven widget types - badge, testimonials, summary, counters, ratings, stars and the reviews page. Zero violations on each, checked on the live file.
  • Fixed what was ours to fix: the score box in the badge, the default colour of dates and source names, links a screen reader could not name, and long reviews you could not scroll with a keyboard.
  • The widget configurator now warns you when a colour you pick fails contrast, with the exact ratio, before you publish it.

Filter and search your reviews

The All Reviews tab now has a filter bar, so you can go straight to the review you have in mind.

  • Search review text, then narrow the list by source, rating, language, status (shown or hidden) and date range.
  • Filters combine: "all 1 and 2 star Google reviews from the last 30 days" is a few clicks, with a live count of matches.
  • Handy when you check what a single location collected this month, or decide what to hide from your widgets.

Change your password and close your account yourself

Two things you had to write to us about are now in Settings. Change your password without the reset e-mail - it signs you out on every other device and keeps you logged in here. Or close your account yourself: we show exactly what disappears before you confirm, and cancel any active subscription for you, so nothing is charged after you leave.

Sync reliability improvements

Nightly review imports are now monitored automatically and recover from errors on their own, so your review counts stay fresh.

You now receive an email when your account reaches its review limit, so imports never stop silently again.

Adding an eBay connector in the panel is fixed, with clearer error messages when something goes wrong.
