Can I show Zocdoc reviews on my own website?

Yes. They are reviews of your own practice on a profile that is yours, and the widget renders them on your site with the rating, text and date as published. JustReview reads only the public profile address you provide.

Zocdoc only lets verified patients review. Does that carry over?

The review text, rating and date carry over exactly as published, but the verification itself is Zocdoc's process and is not a field the import can copy. If that distinction matters to you, say so in your own wording above the widget rather than implying a badge the widget does not carry.

Zocdoc sits on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month. Google is on the free Basic plan, so you can see the widget in your own template before adding Zocdoc.

How the Zocdoc import works

Zocdoc is where patients book a doctor and review the visit afterwards, and JustReview brings those reviews from your public Zocdoc profile onto your own website: the displayed name, rating, text and date. You connect it by pasting the profile address, with no login on your end. The connector is available on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month, and the profile is re-read every 24 hours. Zocdoc's own verified-patient process is not a field that can be imported, so the widget shows the review, not the badge.

Where to put the Zocdoc widget

The point of the widget here is the direct booking: put the rating next to your own appointment form and on each practitioner page, so a patient who arrived from Zocdoc has no reason to go back and book through the platform. How do I put my Zocdoc reviews on my website?
Connect your Zocdoc profile in the JustReview dashboard, pick a widget, and paste the generated snippet into your page. It is three lines of HTML and works on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can edit the source. JustReview imports the patient reviews from your Zocdoc profile, with the displayed name, star rating, text and date.
Which plan do I need for Zocdoc?
Available on the Ultimate plan, which costs 39 EUR a month. Page views, visitors, websites and domains are unlimited on every plan, including the free one, so what you pay for is the number of reviews you store, never traffic.
How often are the Zocdoc reviews updated?
Every 24 hours, on all plans. New reviews appear in your widget within a day of being published on Zocdoc, without you doing anything.
Do I have to own the Zocdoc profile?
Yes. You provide the address of your own public Zocdoc profile, so only reviews of your own practice can be imported. JustReview is for showing your own reviews on your own website, not for copying somebody else's.
Can I hide a single bad review?
Individual imported reviews can be shown or hidden one by one on the Ultimate plan. Be careful with it: a wall of nothing but five stars reads as fake, and a handful of critical reviews with a decent average usually converts better than a perfect score.
Will this reduce the platform fees I pay per booking?
Only indirectly, and we will not promise a number. A patient who can see your ratings on your own booking page has one less reason to go back to the platform to book, but whether they do is up to them.
