How the WebMD import works

WebMD Care carries doctor profiles with patient ratings, and JustReview brings those reviews from your public profile onto your own website: the displayed name, rating, text and date. You connect it by pasting the profile address, with no login on your end. The connector is available on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month, and the profile is re-read every 24 hours. Only the doctor profile is read; WebMD's editorial content is not a review source.

Where to put the WebMD widget

Patients arriving from a directory look for two things on your site: whether you are the right doctor and how to book. Do I have to own the WebMD profile?
Yes. You provide the address of your own public WebMD doctor profile, so only reviews of your own practice can be imported. JustReview is for showing your own reviews on your own website, not for copying somebody else's.
Can I hide a single bad review?
Individual imported reviews can be shown or hidden one by one on the Ultimate plan. Be careful with it: a wall of nothing but five stars reads as fake, and a handful of critical reviews with a decent average usually converts better than a perfect score.
Can I combine WebMD with my Google reviews in one widget?
Yes. A single widget can show every connected source together, and you pick per widget which sources are included, so one carousel can mix WebMD and Google or show only one of them.
