OpenTable reviews come from diners who actually booked. Is that preserved?

The review text, rating and date are preserved exactly as published, but the verification itself is OpenTable's process and is not a field the widget can carry. If it matters to your pitch, write it in your own words above the widget rather than implying a badge that is not there.

How the OpenTable import works

OpenTable is where a diner books a table and reviews the meal afterwards, and JustReview brings those reviews from your public OpenTable page onto your own website: the displayed name, rating, text and date. You connect it by pasting the page address, with no login on your end. The connector is available on the Ultimate plan, 39 EUR a month, and the page is re-read every 24 hours. OpenTable's verified-diner process is its own, so the widget carries the review rather than the badge.

Where to put the OpenTable widget

The reservation is the goal, so the rating belongs beside your own booking form and on the menu page. How do I put my OpenTable reviews on my website?
Connect your OpenTable profile in the JustReview dashboard, pick a widget, and paste the generated snippet into your page. It is three lines of HTML and works on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace and any site where you can edit the source. JustReview imports the diner reviews from your OpenTable page, with the displayed name, star rating, text and date.
Which plan do I need for OpenTable?

How often are the OpenTable reviews updated?
Every 24 hours, on all plans. New reviews appear in your widget within a day of being published on OpenTable, without you doing anything.
Do I have to own the OpenTable profile?
Yes. You provide the address of your own public OpenTable restaurant page, so only reviews of your own restaurant can be imported. JustReview is for showing your own reviews on your own website, not for copying somebody else's.
Can I hide a single bad review?
Individual imported reviews can be shown or hidden one by one on the Ultimate plan. Be careful with it: a wall of nothing but five stars reads as fake, and a handful of critical reviews with a decent average usually converts better than a perfect score.
I have several locations on OpenTable. Can I show each one separately?
Yes, on the Ultimate plan. Each location is a separate profile on the same account, up to five profiles per source, and more are available as an add-on. Every location can then have its own widget on its own page.
