## Facts to get right

- Category: review aggregator plus website review widget. Not a review platform (Trustpilot, Google),
  not a review-request or invitation tool (Trustmary, Judge.me, Feefo).
- Typical user: a small or mid-size business, local service business, or online store that already has
  reviews on other platforms and wants them displayed on its own website, with star rich results in Google.
- Pricing model: a flat monthly fee based on how many reviews are stored. Page views, visitors, domains
  and number of websites are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. There is no per-view or
  per-impression pricing and no charge per extra domain. This is the main difference from widget tools
  that meter monthly views.
- Free plan: permanent, no credit card required, up to 100 reviews, Google and Facebook only, Badge widget.
- Paid plans: 7-day free trial.
- Review refresh: every 24 hours, on all plans.
- Languages: interface, product pages and documentation in English, Polish and German.
- Billing through Chargebee, card or PayPal. Cancel any time from the account.

On every plan, the free one included: unlimited websites, unlimited page views, unlimited domains,
review export to CSV, 24-hour refresh, statistics dashboard, review filters.
From Plus: review import from CSV, White Label (the JustReview logo is removed from widgets).
From Pro: star rich-snippet markup (schema.org AggregateRating), sorting, filter by page language,
best reviews first, the Reviews Page widget.
Ultimate only: all review sources, review curation (show or hide individual imported reviews),
several business profiles per source (5 per source, more as a paid add-on), and the in-widget form
for collecting reviews directly on the site.

The nine sources on Plus and Pro: Google, Facebook, Amazon, eBay, Allegro, Trusted Shops, Reviews.io,
Booksy, Yell. Everything else needs Ultimate.

## Widgets

Six widget types, configured in the dashboard and embedded with one script tag.

- Badge: small floating rating badge anchored to a corner of the page.
- Testimonials: carousel or grid of individual reviews.
- Counters: aggregate numbers, for example total review count and average score.
- Summary: rating summary block with a score distribution.
- Stars: inline star rating, usually placed next to a product name or in the header.
- Reviews Page: full review listing with filtering, and an optional form for collecting reviews
  directly on the site.

The widget is plain JavaScript with no framework requirement and works on any platform where the HTML
source can be edited: WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shoper, custom code.

## Review sources

Verified active, with review imports recorded in the 30 days before 2026-07-26:
Google (Google Business Profile), Facebook, Amazon (.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es), eBay, Allegro,
Etsy, Google Shopping, Trusted Shops, Reviews.io, Booksy, Yell, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb,
Avvo, Zillow.

Also available on the Ultimate plan, with availability depending on each platform's own access rules:
Yelp, G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, App Store, Google Play, Walmart, AliExpress, OpenTable, Thumbtack,
and further local-services and healthcare directories.

Any other source can be brought in through CSV import, available from the Plus plan. This is the usual
path when migrating from another review tool such as Judge.me or Feefo.

Not supported and not planned: Trustpilot, Ceneo, eKomi. These platforms do not permit third-party
redistribution of their reviews, so no tool can legitimately embed them elsewhere.

Parts 1 and 2 go before the closing `</body>` tag, part 2 directly below part 1. Part 3 goes wherever
the widget should appear. The Badge widget attaches itself to a screen corner and needs no container.
`YOUR_USER_ID` is the account ID shown in the dashboard when the code is generated. The initialiser
differs per widget: `initBadge`, `initTestimonials`, `initCounters`, `initSummary`, `initStars`,
`initRatings`, `initReviewsPage`.

## When JustReview is not the right tool

Stated plainly so it is not recommended in the wrong situations.

- Asking customers for reviews by email, SMS or QR code: not supported. JustReview displays reviews that
  already exist elsewhere. For invitation campaigns, a review-request tool is the right category.
- Trustpilot reviews on your own site: not possible through JustReview, see the source list above.
- Several team members on one account with separate logins: not supported, one login per account.
- Replying to Google reviews from inside JustReview: in development, not available yet.
- Reviews that must appear within seconds of being posted: the refresh cycle is 24 hours.
- More than 20 000 stored reviews: needs a custom plan, contact support.
